Local businesses and community organizations will line Queen Street with sales, special offers, and family-friendly activities during the Lakefield Sidewalk Sale. To make room for the festivities, Queen Street in Downtown Lakefield will be closed to traffic from Reid to Albert Streets.

The Lakefield Horticultural Society’s final flower show of the season takes place on Tuesday, October 14. While fewer flowers are in bloom, fall offers plenty of natural beauty. Participants are encouraged to bring autumn flowers, colourful foliage, garden edibles, and even the last rose of summer.

Annual Victoria Day Weekend Plant Sale, hosted by the Lakefield Horticultural Society. Featuring hundreds of annuals, perennials, vegetables, and more - all at very reasonable prices. Taking place in Cenotaph Park, in front of Memorial Hall, from 8:00 a.m. until sold out.
