Lakefield Chocolate Creations Festival Returns for Its 5th Year
Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth during the 5th Annual Lakefield Chocolate Creations Festival, hosted by the Lakefield Village Lions Club.
Formerly the Lakefield Hot Chocolate Festival, the event has expanded to celebrate all things chocolate, running from January 31-February 18.
New this year, local businesses are competing in three categories: Food, Drink, and Creativity.
The Festival invites the community to support local businesses, enjoy delicious chocolate creations, and vote for their favourites.
“This festival is an opportunity to check out our amazing businesses. What a great way to beat the winter blahs with friends, family or just by yourself.”
Here’s how you can participate:
Visit participating Lakefield businesses to discover their specialty chocolate items.
Purchase and enjoy their creations, from decadent desserts to creative chocolate drinks.
Cast your vote at any participating establishment, or online through the Lakefield Village Lions Facebook page.
Voting requires a purchase, and you can vote once per merchant. All votes must include your full name and contact information and can be submitted via ballot boxes at participating locations or online.
