Morton Medical Centre recognized with sustainability catalyst award

Morton Medical Centre has been recognized with a Sustainability Catalyst Award from GreenUP Peterborough, highlighting the medical centre’s ongoing engagement with the Green Economy Peterborough network and its commitment to environmental leadership and sustainability.

The award was presented in June as part of Green Economy Peterborough’s annual Leadership in Sustainability Celebration. Morton Medical Centre was among a number of local organizations recognized as Sustainability Catalysts for their contributions to the network.

The Sustainability Catalyst Award recognizes members for the enrichment they bring to the network through their engagement in learning, storytelling, and connection activities throughout the year.

Representing Morton Medical Centre at the celebration was Guy Hanchet, a Board Director and Chair of MMC's Green House Gas Committee.
