Christ Church exhibits highlight second generation of Moodie family

The Christ Church Community Museum opens for the season on Wednesday, July 1, and will be open daily, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., from July 1 to September 7, 2026.

New exhibits this year will highlight the second generation of Susanna and John Moodie's family. Be prepared for some hair-raising tales involving 'spirit adventures' and communicating with the dead.

Susanna Moodie and Catharine Parr Traill: a Study in Contrasts will focus on their relationship to each other and what the women were like behind their authorial voices.
