Paddle for Purpose

This exciting two-day event promises competitive play, great food, and community spirit, with all profits supporting BEL Rotary and Community Care Lakefield.

The first Paddle for Purpose is intended to be an introductory tournament that will also allow pickleball players to give back to the community. All proceeds will be shared by BEL Rotary and the Lakefield Community Care.

Your $65 entry fee includes a minimum of six matches, lunch and refreshments, and a chance to win prizes for the top three teams in each category.

Whether you’re competing in Men’s, Women’s, or Mixed Doubles at skill levels 2.0–4.5, it’s a perfect opportunity to enjoy the game you love while making a difference.

Saturday, September 20th will be the Mixed partners day.

30 teams over 60 and 30 teams 59 and under can enter in DUPR rating Level of

  • 2.00 - 2.99 (10 teams at each age group),

  • 3.0 -3.49 (10 teams at each age group),

  • OR 3.5 - 4.5 (10 teams at each age group).

Round Robin starts at 8:30 with registration open at 8:00am.

Playoffs immediately following lunch

Sunday, September 21st will be Men's and Women's partners day

30 teams Men's teams and 30 Women's teams DUPR rating Level of

  • 2.00 - 2.99 (10 teams for each gender),

  • 3.0 -3.49 (10 teams for each gender),

  • OR 3.5 - 4.5 (10 teams for each gender).

Round Robin starts at 8:30 a.m. with registration open at 8:00 a.m.

Playoffs immediately following lunch.

Lunch will be provided both days for all registered participants between 12:15 and 1:00pm.
