Hi, I’m Stacey, the founder of Discover Lakefield Creative.
Born and raised in the Village of Lakefield, I’ve always been passionate about community initiatives and storytelling — that’s how Discover Lakefield was born.
With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and a background in journalism and public relations, I’ve combined my love of writing with my skills in marketing to create content that connects, inspires, and celebrates community.
In 2019, I began my journey as an entrepreneur, working with small businesses and non-profits in Lakefield and the surrounding area. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience supporting non-profits through fundraising, communications, and community engagement.
Outside of work, I take pride in giving back to the community. I volunteer with Lakefield Youth Unlimited’s Reading Buddy program in local schools, and also serve on the Board of Directors for the Morton Medical Centre.
