The Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) is celebrating its 20th Annual LAWS Golf Tournament, bringing together golfers, supporters, and the community for a day of fun and fundraising in support of the cats and dogs in the shelter's care.
For two decades, this tournament has helped provide shelter, veterinary care, food, enrichment, and second chances for vulnerable animals. As a community-based shelter that receives no government funding, LAWS relies on events like this to continue its lifesaving work.
Those who aren't golfing can still support the event by becoming a sponsor or donating a silent auction item or prize.
