Christmas at the Marshland Centre celebrating 20 years

Christmas at the Marshland Centre is celebrating 20 years of showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of local Lakefield artists. The annual event returns on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, offering visitors the opportunity to browse and purchase a variety of handmade items created by local artisans.

From wood carvings and textiles to handcrafted soap, jewellery, pottery and much more, the show features a wide selection of unique treasures, all beautifully crafted and displayed.

Visitors are encouraged to arrive early for the best selection, as popular items tend to sell quickly. A second checkout has been added this year to help reduce lineups and give shoppers more time to enjoy the show.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society and the Lakefield Community Food Bank.

Christmas at the Marshland Centre takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on November 21 and 22 at the Marshland Centre, 64 Hague Boulevard in Lakefield.

The community is invited to celebrate this 20 year milestone, support local artisans, and shop Canadian while discovering something truly unique.
